Dr. John Miloscia is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician serving West Boynton Beach and the surrounding areas. He was raised in Long Island, New York before relocating to Florida where he attended The University of South Florida. At USF, his undergraduate achievements include both a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Natural Science with an emphasis in Chemistry. During that time, Dr. Miloscia volunteered at Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Tampa, a not-for-profit orthopedic center which allowed him the unique opportunity of working directly with pediatric and adolescent patients with developmental, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions. Inspired, Dr. Miloscia went on to receive his Doctorate in Allopathic Medicine from St. George’s Medical School, followed by an Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at N.Y. Methodist Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital, respectively.
For the past 5 years, Dr. Miloscia has served as Medical Director of a primary care clinic in Coral Springs, as part of an immense corporate network. In addition to his outpatient experience, Dr. Miloscia also has an extensive inpatient care background. He has maintained privileges in 3 area hospitals, helping ensure a smooth transition of care from admission to discharge. Throughout his 15-year career, Dr. Miloscia has gained extensive training and experience in several areas of medicine, with special interests in Preventive Medicine, Cardiovascular Health and Fitness, Diabetes Management, Geriatric Care and Men’s and Women’s Health and Wellness. Through Continuing Medical Education and activities for maintaining his Board-Certified status, Dr. Miloscia is committed to learning and staying up to date on the latest medical findings and practice-changing guidelines.
Currently, Dr. Miloscia is caring for patients at Milo Med MD, a family-owned medical center which he operates with his wife, Dr. Christine Miloscia in West Boynton Beach. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and four children.
